WiseSpin Redeem Guide – Sweepstakes Coins, Rewards & Redemption

● Player Safety & Wellbeing

Playing WiseSpin should always feel good.

Sweepstakes games on WiseSpin are built for fun, not for chasing losses or filling financial gaps. Here's every tool, safeguard, and resource we put in place to help you stay in control of your play.

📄 Responsible Social Gameplay Policy 📅 Last updated September 9, 2025 🛟 24/7 support@wisespin.com

You're always in charge

Purchase limits, play limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion, set the boundaries that work for you.

Minors are never welcome

WiseSpin is strictly 18+. Accounts found in use by minors are closed immediately.

Free to play, always

No purchase is ever required to join a sweepstake, spending is optional, never a strategy.

The short version

WiseSpin exists purely as recreational social gameplay, not gambling, not a way to make money. We give you real controls (limits, breaks, self-exclusion) to keep it that way, and we train our team to spot the warning signs if things stop feeling fun. If your play ever feels out of control, tell us, we'd rather help than watch.

01

Introduction

We want using WiseSpin to stay exactly what it's meant to be: a fun, low-stakes way to unwind. This policy lays out the tools and safeguards that help you keep your play balanced and enjoyable. Taking part in our sweepstakes means you're accepting this policy alongside our Terms of Use, and if we ever update it in a way that changes your rights, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the platform afterward means you accept the update.

02

Our Commitment

Shared responsibility

We build it fair, you play it smart

Keeping gameplay balanced is a two-way effort. We design the platform for fair, entertaining play, and trust you to use our tools thoughtfully.

Player education

We explain how it all works

We help you understand how our sweepstakes function, why staying in control matters, and where to find outside support if your play starts feeling off.

Staff training

Our team is trained to notice, not ignore

Support staff are trained to recognize signs of excessive play and can walk you through our self-help tools or point you toward professional resources.

03

Protecting Minors & Vulnerable Players

Age requirement

18+ only, strictly enforced

You must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 minimum, higher where local law requires) to participate. Any account found in use by a minor is closed immediately, and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Parental safeguards

Steps parents and guardians can take

  • Install parental control or web-filtering software (Net Nanny, CyberPatrol, Cybersitter)
  • Secure personal devices, PCs, tablets, phones, with strong passwords
  • Always log out of your WiseSpin account after each session
Vulnerable players

If you're going through a hard time, it's okay to step back

If you're dealing with addiction, mental health challenges, or financial hardship, we recommend limiting or avoiding play. Our self-help tools and outside professional support are there whenever you need them.

04

Keeping Your Play Under Control

Set a budgetDecide what you can comfortably spend on entertainment and stick to it. No purchase is ever required to play, any spending should only be to enhance your experience.
Track your playRegularly check your purchase and gameplay history. Noticing a shift in frequency or spending? Consider a limit or a break.
Take breaksLong uninterrupted sessions can blur perspective. Set reminders and step away regularly to stay relaxed and in control.

Responsible Gaming Tools

Purchase limits

Cap how much virtual currency you can buy

Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much Gold Coins you acquire. Contact support to set your limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing one may require a waiting period.

Play amount limits

Cap how much you play with over time

Set a ceiling on the Sweep Cash you use in games daily, weekly, or monthly. Contact support to configure it. Lowering an existing limit applies immediately; raising or removing a limit usually requires a waiting period and can take up to 24 hours to process, with possible added verification.

Access Control Tools

Time-out

Step away for a fixed break

Choose a break of 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days, your account stays locked for gameplay until the period ends, then reactivates automatically unless you say otherwise. This only applies to WiseSpin; other platforms need to be managed separately.

Time-outs must be requested by emailing support and can take up to 24 hours to activate, with possible identity verification required.

Self-exclusion

A longer pause when play feels unsustainable

Suspend your account for an extended period if your gameplay has become problematic. Reactivation after a defined term may be automatic or need a request; indefinite self-exclusion has a 6-month minimum, and reactivation after that involves a cooling-off period (e.g. 7 days). Unredeemed Sweep Coins may expire during self-exclusion, we'll make a reasonable effort to honor pending redemption requests where verification and eligibility requirements have already been met.

Spotting Problem Gameplay

Warning signs worth paying attention to

  • Spending beyond your means, or borrowing to keep playing
  • Neglecting personal, professional, or family responsibilities
  • Using gameplay to escape stress or emotional distress
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or low when you're not playing
  • Hiding or downplaying your gameplay to friends or family
Self-check

Answering "yes" to several of these? Take it seriously

Playing longer than intended, feeling guilt or shame, missing work or social events, these are signals worth acting on. Consider a spending or time limit, a break, or self-exclusion.

Changes

This policy can be revised at any time

We may update this Responsible Gaming Policy periodically. Continuing to use WiseSpin after an updated version takes effect means you accept the changes.

One thing to remember
