Key Definitions
Thirteen terms recur throughout this agreement. Here's what each one actually means in plain English.
Who Can Play
18+, no exceptions
You must be at least 18, or older where local law requires it, at the moment you enter. Verifying your own eligibility is on you.
Void where restricted
If sweepstakes participation is illegal or restricted where you live, entering is void there, regardless of anything else in these Terms.

You must be able to agree to this
By entering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract and aren't under any impairment, mental or substance-related, that would prevent that.
Employees & their households are excluded
WiseSpin staff, officers, agents, promotional partners, and their immediate family or housemates of at least three consecutive months are not eligible to win.
Recreational only, no gaming the system
Fraudulent or systematic attempts to gain an unfair edge lead to instant disqualification and possible legal action.
Game Rules
Read before you play
Every game carries its own rules on eligibility and prizes, viewable inside the game itself. Not reading them doesn't excuse breaking them, and manipulation via scripts, bots, or multi-accounting gets you suspended or banned.
You cover international transaction costs
Exchange-rate swings, bank fees, and cross-border charges from your purchases are your responsibility, not ours, check with your payment provider before buying.
Your License to Play
A license, not property
Virtual Coins and Sweep Coins, earned free or purchased, give you a personal right to play. They're non-transferable and carry zero claim to real-money prizes beyond stated promotional awards.
Limited, revocable, personal
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to use the platform and its coins for private, recreational use. Breach these Terms and that access can be pulled immediately.
Coins and accounts can't be sold or transferred
Selling, renting, or handing off your Virtual Coins or account is a material breach, expect account closure, a possible permanent ban, and potential legal action.
Purchases are optional, always
No payment is ever needed to register or enter, free coins are available through promotions and mail-in options. Buying coins is a convenience only: final, non-refundable, with no real-world cash value. If your account is closed or the Service ends, unused coins are forfeited without refund.
Your Account
We can suspend or close accounts that break the rules
Fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, abusive behavior, or violating any part of these Terms can trigger investigation, suspension, or permanent termination, with forfeiture of remaining coins and no refund obligation. Inactive accounts may also be closed after extended periods of no activity.
You can contest a decision, but our review is final
We'll hear you out through our support channel, but once a termination decision is confirmed after review, it stands.
Usage Restrictions
Standard fair-use boundaries
No reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling access, deploying bots, or using the Services for anything unlawful, commercial, or damaging to the platform's integrity. Violations can mean instant loss of access.
Liability & Indemnity
Play at your own risk
The Services are provided "as is." WiseSpin and its Released Parties aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent the law allows.
You defend and cover us
You agree to indemnify WiseSpin against claims caused by your own misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Claims must be filed promptly
Any claim against WiseSpin must be brought within one year of the event, or it's waived.
Damages are capped; the rest of the agreement still stands
Where liability can't be fully excluded, it's capped at the minimum amount required by law. If any clause is found unenforceable, everything else remains in force.
Purchases
We can void entries affected by system glitches
If a technical error inflates balances or results, we reserve the right to correct or void the affected entries.
Funds & Licensing
Payments run through a licensed Merchant of Record
Viralflux Labs Limited processes payments on WiseSpin's behalf under applicable financial licensing, keeping funds handling separate from platform operations.
Anti-Money Laundering
We monitor transactions for suspicious activity
WiseSpin maintains an AML program and may request further identity or source-of-funds verification. Participants must cooperate fully with any such requests.
Outages & Changes
No uptime guarantees
The Site may go down, glitch, or change without notice. We're not liable for lost coins or missed entries caused by outages, bugs, or maintenance.
We can modify, suspend, or shut down features anytime
WiseSpin may alter the Services, pause access temporarily, or discontinue parts of the platform at its sole discretion, and can enforce these Terms as it sees fit.
Promotions
Each promotion can carry its own extra terms
Limited-time deals, exclusive coin bundles, and bonus offers may include conditions beyond this document, those specific terms will be posted alongside the promotion.
Intellectual Property
Everything on the Site belongs to WiseSpin
The License in Section 4 gives you access, not ownership. All branding, game assets, and Site content remain WiseSpin's property, and your account carries no ownership rights whatsoever.
Winners may be featured in promotions
By entering, you grant WiseSpin the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the sweepstakes, where legally permitted.
Your Content
You're responsible for what you post
You keep ownership of anything you upload, but you're accountable for its accuracy and legality, and you grant WiseSpin a license to display and use it in connection with the Services.
No harassment, illegal, or infringing material
Content that's abusive, unlawful, or violates someone else's rights can be removed, and repeat violations can lead to account action. Report violations through our support channels.
Disputes & Arbitration
You're agreeing to arbitrate, not sue in court
Any dispute with WiseSpin is resolved through binding, individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to join or lead a class action. Family members of WiseSpin representatives receive the same protection under this clause.
Try to resolve it informally first
You agree to attempt informal resolution with WiseSpin before filing for arbitration, following the process and provider rules described in the Terms.
30-day opt-out window
You can reject this arbitration and class-action waiver clause within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, by notifying WiseSpin as instructed in Section 15.7.
Applicable state law controls
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction specified in the agreement, and remain enforceable even if one clause is struck down.
Support & Complaints
Support is available through the Site's designated channels
Include your account details and a clear description of the issue so we can respond efficiently. We aim to acknowledge and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe, escalating internally when needed.
We keep a log of complaints and outcomes
Support interactions are recorded for quality and compliance purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy. Final determinations on complaints rest with WiseSpin.
